Updating Lidl Stores
I was part of the team that worked on the multimillion-pound refit of all Lidl stores in the UK. Our brief was to modernise the store interior; improve customer wayfinding, flow and interaction; and communicate key messages about provenance, practice and quality that were key to transforming the customer's perception of the brand.
